To make this clearer (and start the "great migration" of content to the
httpd subdir) I've move the /dist/binaries subdir to /dist/httpd/binaries,
as well as made sure it was chgrp -R to httpd. I also moved "contrib" and
"old" there as well. I didn't want to move everything until we could
coordinate it with any links people have.
