We are NOT rolling 2.0.17. It doesn't make any sense to do that. The
only change was to APR-util's Makefile.in. The easy solution is to re-tag
that file, and re-roll the release. Greg and I spoke, and that makes
SOOOO much more sense than re-tagging the whole tree. Expect the new
tarballs in a few minutes.
BTW, with this change, I am counting three +1's.
