Does not function.
Now, we used to have a functioning system based on scandoc.
ISTR that Ben Laurie then stated that doxygen was the way to go.
Since then, I've not heard much.
So, are we sticking with scandoc, or are we going to use doxygen, or
are things on the back burner until Ben gets back with us?
