AVI, ASF, and other streaming formats

Apache 2.0 and 3.x seem to have an issue that ASF's and AVI's won't stream
from it. I don't have much of a problem with MP3's, but I just found it
odd, that ASF's wouldn't go. Anyone have any ideas why?
