That's a pretty quick T&R. My "concern" is that people may not have
been keeping up on the 1.3 dev recently and checked to make sure
it's OK. I'd say code freeze *NOW* and a T&R tomorrow. We could
provide the diff on httpd.apache.org in the meantime.
