Right? Good question, I'm welcoming input into the .msi packaging, a new tree
was grown from httpd-win32-msi for that aspect. But expected? Yes.
Footnote, if you uninstall, and install 1.3.20 on top of the old location, you
will discover your old conf files, logs (even keys) are all retained. The msi
uninstaller only removes what it was responsible for creating, until we start
telling it otherwise.
