Oh, crumbs.  -1.  That just increases the work of people who install our
software.  Never obsolete a config command without a damn good reason.

I don't mind the feature, but it needs a better config syntax and it can't
deprecate the old one.  Besides, In and Out are ambiguous for HTTP.
