Hi all, while looking for a library for UNIX wich can be as fast as Microsoft's MSXML. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I found one. But it isn't Xalan with the power of Xerces. We're using XML for some very complex/huge pages. Xerces needs really 29 seconds for compiling out grammar.xml. libxslt need _only_ nearly 6 seconds. So, it's as fast as M$XML. Great! But, why is Xalan soooo sloooow?!? Can anybody tell me why? Many thanks, Christian Parpart. http://www.surakware.net
