ARRRRGGHHHHH!!!...they're back!
When I ran ./builconf from the root of httpd-2.0, I see this message:

Incorporating /usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 into aclocal.m4 ...
Copying libtool helper files ...
You should add the contents of `/usr//share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to
`aclocal.m4'

When I cd srclib/apr-util/xml/expat....buildconf is no longer there..and
buildconf.sh is there.
Is this right?
