CGI is broken. Headers are returned upon calling a script, but no
content. Aughhhh. Content-Length: 0
Not all scripts break. Just this one that worked previously. It calls
another app and prints the output to the user. Seems like Apache doesn't
want to wait for the other app to give data. Script works fine from
command line.
