Ogni volta che provo a connettermi con il mio modem isdn ricevo il seguente

E penso che il problema sia nato nel momento in cui ho configurato una rete
locale.
Per quale motivo "Peer is not authorized to use remote address 151.5.168.59"
???
Come posso risolvere???
