I just added the following lines to /etc/profile two days ago in order to
get fortunes upon login on my box

cd /usr/games
./fortune
cd $HOME

now when I log in as root I have about 120 messages from cron.hourly like
the message below. I don't regularly log into the box (it's a file and
quake server at home). What did I do wrong and what can I do to get these
messages to stop being sent to root?
