I've just had a look at their beta - it's rather disappointing.
The so-called Windows emulation consists only of a couple of added
        strcpy(NULL, "Bill Gates rules!");
commands in the kernel at random intervals [for non-programmers: this
command, when used in the kernel, would crash the system].

The user interface is just KDE with the K button graphic replaced with a
"Start" button.
