Thanks a bunch. > > ~Bob Bob, Try running sndconfig if you haven't already - it will attempt to autodetect the sound card you have plugged in. (This is assuming you have a default kernel setup, which is modular sound) If it can't autodetect, you may have to recompile your kernel and actually specify the IRQ, DMA, and I/O address...
