[newbie] Problem with bash :command not found helppp !!!!!!

HI all

I've just upgraded my kernel to 2.2.6 without problems but when I execute any batch or program command in the current directory I've got a message bash: command not found and I must tape ./+ command or the complete path ( before it worked fine )
