Well, this is like saying that the TNT-2 is a derivative of the TNT chip.
The system actually recognized the V770 as a TNT board, but the SVGA server
in 3.3.3 does not work with TNT2 boards.

This is why I am suggesting this may be the root of the original poster's
problem.
