[newbie] HTTPD (Failed)

When I start up and it starts all of my programs I get 

Starting HTTPD                         [Failed]
HTTPD unable to set host name
use ServerName directive to correct..


Can anyone tell me what is going on.

Here is what my /etc/hosts file look like

#127.0.0.1              Localhost         localhost.localdomain
127.0.0.1                 Localhost        Majestic.localdomain
