Well, technically you're correct. According to 3dfx's
website, the Linux driver for the Voodoo2 won't work with
the Voodoo3 (don't understand why not... I *thought* it was
supposed to be just two voodoo2 chips on a single card...)
Currently, there *is* support in the default X11 for
TNT-based cards, (non-accelerated) and you can download new
Linux drivers (accelerated, I think) from Creative's
"developer" website.
Still, a voodoo 2 ought to be had for a song these days. :-)
