[newbie] kppp sharing

Finally got the ol' linux box up and talkin' to the net (thanks to all who helped with 
the ISDN modem / slow bandwidth problems) but the kppp setup was done all whilst 
logged in as root and a link setup on my desktop.  Stupid me has yet to figure out the 
basics of network administration and don't know how to share this setup with selected 
users (i.e. the wife but not the kids) with any other login other than root
