I just latched on to a series from IDG books. Titles include "Linux Configuration &
Installation", "Linux Network" , "Linux System Administration" & "Linux Internet
Server". They are well written, very informative, don't assume too much and come with
Slackware, while there may be some differences between Mandrake and Slackware I have
found the general background to be excellent.
I found mine at Micro Center but I'm sure they're avail on the "net". Try

Subject: [newbie] Mandrake 6.0 book
Hi all,
Wondering what is the best Linux book to use as a guide for Mandrake
6.0? Is there one out yet?
