Definitely repartition.

Where'd you get Partition Magic?  I used disk druid.

NO.

That's waaay too much.  If you feel like it, go up to 128MB.

I have Linux on my slave.  It's no problem.  The slave is /dev/hdb.

Install LILO to /dev/hda.  It's not the D: drive.  That's just DOS's
name for it.  It's /dev/hdb1.  That means the first primary partition on
the slave disk.  Understand?
