Is it a PCI modem? chances are that if it's a PCI modem,
it's a Winmodem. There are two pci modems that are known
NOT to be WinModems, and that issue was addressed just
yesterday...so you might want to go browse the archives of
this list, or if you've been subscribed to this list for a
few days, go back in  your mail reader and see if you can
find that answer.
