Hi

Knew here myself - still waiting for my Mandrake Powerpack to be delivered,
but watching all the postings gives me some idea what problems to expect -
nothing much I hope.

In actual fact your not asking such a stupid question, because rumour has it
that the version of IE for Unix was created under Linux. Somewhere in a big
vault in Redmond there is some code marked "Do Not Touch - Only Meant For
Use Under a Proper Operating System". Rumour also has it - not sure how true
the rumours are but - MS employ a few programmers who work on Linux all day
long. If they exist then it should be fairly easy to spot them, because they
wouldn't spend most of the day looking at the BSofD and are 100% productive.

Rumour also says that BG banished the code, rejecting point blank any idea
of releasing IE on a decent platform that gave software away for free -
yikes - what a awful idea that is.
