[newbie] video setup

Hi all,

 I have installed Mandrake and have everything working. But the video
server for my tnt based card shifts the screen upon entering KDE. I know
there is a program that allows you to tweak your scan settings. I just
need to know the syntax to start it. It used to come up automatically
with 5.3 when you change video servers.
