Scenario: When attempting to browse using netscape the following error window comes up: Netscape: error Netscape's network connection was refused by the server. The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy. Try connecting again later. Ping, FTP and mail all work fine. However if i connect using root i do not have this problem... Pointers pls.
