The driver you need is apparently xircom_cb  If it is not auto inserted by the 
Mandrake Control Centre networking wizard then you can insert it by hand by 
putting 
alias eth0 xircom_cb

into your /etc/modules.conf file
The driver is already on your system. You do not need to download anything.
