I still have not been able to get LILO working - someone mentioned using the Mandrake install CD as a boot disc and typing repair at the prompt before it goes to the graphical install. Unfortunately, I have no idea where this is - I looked and looked and I see no opportunity to type anything. I'm using the Download Edition of Mandrake 8.2.
