I've no experience with that model, but if you have video and Lan problems the 
first thought that comes to mind is an IRQ conflict. They are not both on the 
same IRQ line are they?

At what point are you having trouble? Can you get a console prompt? In which 
case dmesg will give you lots of nice info on what the system found during 
boot.
