I have an odd problem trying to get the above to work...it works perfectly for
'index.shtml' - but no other file.
index.shtml has an included file:
<!--#include file="footer.shtml"-->
This works.
However, if I copy index.shtml to (say) test.shtml it no longer works. Same file, same
permissions/owner, same directory.
Apache's configs are basically default, only a virtualdomain added, and
/etc/httpd/conf/commonhttpd.conf contains:
AddType text/html .shtml
AddHandler server-parsed .shtml
Any ideas please?
