Just a little story of appreciation for Mandrake: I plugged in my usb webcam and started to research how to install the driver for the webcam. I almost wrote my question to this list and then I noticed an icon on the desktop "XawTV /dev/v4l2/video1". I clicked it and there was my webcam. I'm not sure if the icon got there before or after I rebooted the machine. In any case... pretty cool! Thanks Mandrake!
