Here's the PowerKey 650, which allows individual individual plugs to be switched seperately by phone:

Somebody told me about a device that one can use to
reboot a computer by phone. What you do is dial the
device, enter a code, and then the device powers off
and then powers on the computer to which it's attached.
Anybody know what such a thing is called?
