Look in /etc/inittab for the line:
ca::ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t3 -r now
change "/sbin/shutdown -t3 -r now" to whatever you want ctrl+alt+del to do. I
changed mine to:
ca::ctrlaltdel:/bin/echo ctrl+alt+del disabled
