Hi Poogle, thanks for the reply. Well, I tried "kedit" from a console - it
reports file not found. I went to the RPM manager, tried looking for "text
editor", "kedit", "kde-utils", "kdeutils", and finally, just "kde" and it
shows nothing. I went to the KDE button, applications, editors, and its not
listed there either.

Any other ideas? Thanks! :-)
