I now have win98 machines able to connect to the Internet, providing I have made the connection first, but I don't have an always-on connection so I need a last step.
I know it is at the windows end, but I can't remember how to enable automatic dialling on an over-the-lan connection. Can anyone help me? I want their machines to ask if they want to connect whenever they start Netscape. The final step, then, is to check the 'disconnect-if-idle' is a sensible time. This is, I presume, the one set at this end, but I've got a total blank on where I set it. Anne
