yes,

you can do it, but it will require that you fiddle with your /etc/fstab
file.

you will have to change the drive assignments..

as example, /dev/hda would become /dev/hdc /dev/hdb would become /dev/hdd
and so on.

if you don't tell linux whats on each drive correctly, it won't boot...

in my case, I swapped them over, (the drives) then booted from my CD and
went into rescue mode and fixed fstab
but you could probably just edit fstab, then shutdown and swap the drives..

you'll get it sorted easily enough.
