Certification is more or less based on compliance with where things
are put, ie, in what dir. So if Prosuite 8.2 is compliant, the d/l
edition is also. 'Course that's a vast oversimplification, the whole
standard can be found here

9.0 can't be certified till it's released, but it will be, all
versions.
