run setup from the mdk CD, when u  get to diskdrake, use it to delete all the linux partitions, write the changes and exit the install.
 
boot from an ms boot disk, and run fdisk /mbr
 
then you just have to partition and format the harrddisk where the linux partitions were.
 
easy.
