Telnet server?

I want to allow a friend to log into this computer.  I'd rather use
ssh, but that doesn't seem to work for me.  I can't even install it
(since I'm missing /usr/include/sys/mkdev.h).

I guess I have to go with telnet, then.

What's the package I want?
