Hi everybody, this mail started out as a call for help, but since I was finally able to do it myself, I changed it to a 'yeahh-it-works' kind of mail.
Trolltech released the qt-desktop for linux: ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/qtopia-desktop-1.6.0beta1-1.i386.rpm after the installation, the executable is: /opt/Qtopia/bin/qtopiadesktop I tried a lot of useless stuff until finally this simple line did all that needed to be done: Laptop: ifconfig usb0 192.168.129.200 netmask 255.255.255.0 on the (german) version of the Zaurus do: network&sync>connections>add>usb - tcp/ip (leave default choices) network&sync>sync> IP-Adress: 192.168.129.201 (should be the default) Now I can press the synchronize button and everything works! My Linux-Handheld synchronizes with my Linux-Laptop! Wonderful! Patrik
