Oldgnome: Yup. It's called up as part of the installation process. Works fine. Just be sure to read the fine print. Oh, since it doesn't actually write anything to your drives until you explicitly tell it to do so, you can always back out at the last moment if you see something that you don't like. There's a good explanation of partitioning and installation process in Chapters 3 and 4 of the Mandrake Installation and User Guide that comes with the boxed sets and, IIRC, is also available on-line via a link on the Mandrake home page. It's probably for 8.2, but I expect that any changes are mostly in the details; the meat of it should be the same. Recommended reading. -- cmg
