Hello Marco, Your message came from the www.bonzi.com site. They sell a program called Internet Alert which is a great firewall program, however i don't know if it would work with Linux. I have the Bonzi program myself, but i use it on XP. if you want a free firewall program, you can go to www.zonealarm.com they have both a free one and a paid version. another good firewall program that i use is the black ice program and of course norton sells a good one as well. i wouldn't worry about broadcasting your I P address, but if you do a lot of surfing, you should consider a firewall. i think Linux has a built in firwall, doesn't it.
