HI all! Ok, so here is the deal. I am trying to set up a samba server on my home network. In KDE I right click on the file I want to share, I follow the dialog to share the file but then at the end I get a funny message:
Diskdrake "Mandatory package SMB is missing" But the kicker is that SMB is installed....I'm pretty sure it is. So....I guess my question is: how can I verify the integrity(existence?) of my SMB package...and I guess I wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem. Prob just me. Ok so I wanted to say thanks in advance to all who help me with this problem...and thanks for having me in the Mandrake community. Ted Manka
