Maybe I'm missing something but in ML9.0 I get:
[frans@dolphin frans]$ rpm -q kdevelop
kdevelop-2.1.3-6mdk
[frans@dolphin frans]$ kdevelop
[frans@dolphin frans]$
After [frans@dolphin frans]$ kdevelop a GUI came up and I
clicked cancel. Kdevelop is in my K menu under applications >
development > development environments btw.
