/usr/X11R6/share/Eterm/themes/Eterm/MAIN

For menu alterations there is also

/usr/X11R6/share/Eterm/themes/Eterm/Eterm.menu

By all rights these files should be in /etc/X11, but Eterm and
Enlightenment hail from a very early time in Linux's history, and the
authors are not only slow to come into compliance with existing
filesystem conventions, but are also VERY slow to new releases.  This is
a serious window manager used by a very large group of people, enough
that it should merit more serious attention.
