What they are doing is quite illegal... You don't just create a new TLD
and try to move ISPs into putting your nameserver into the root
nameservers file.
There's nothing that would prevent me from creating a second .linux TLD,
and they'd be incompatible forever (you can't have two different primary
servers for a TLD) [what if I say kernel.linux is a CNAME to
linux.kernel.org and they say kernel.linux is a CNAME to
linux-sucks.adverts.microsoft.com?].

If you ask me, it's not a good idea to support them in any way.
