Just respond 'Y' and the RPM will continue to install. This message simply means that you go not have a copy of Texstars GPG key installed. It is purely a method of being sure the package you install was indeed created by Tex If you want to avoid the message in future just download his key which is the 'pubring.gpg' in his download folder and then in a terminal gpg --import pubring.gpg derek
