I guess the question I have is _why_? If the account is in your neighbor's name, you can get him to add a user (I have cable here in Florida and we get up to 6 users, I think.) I don't even use the username that was given to me as it is too hard to remember, so I created one that I can remember and I retrieve my mail from that one.
