Try Macmillan Online (www.mcp.com, I think). They have many technical
books online, even books about linux. You get a 'personal bookshelf'
to somewhat bookmark books that you want to read. You can't directly
download it, but I guess you could save or print the pages out. Also,
save yourself the hassle and post your messages in plain text.
