This is true, but I always restart ANY web-related servers. I've had
some probs with Webmin on a few Netfinity's - for some odd reason - you
had to restart Webmin AND httpd in order for the doggone thing to work
properly again (go figure) - but since that point, I always restart any
webservice/webserver....so httpd, cups, webmin and whatever else...

...but I'm starting to wonder if the ports are blocked via firewall...
