I Here you Caymen,

Except for some reason the transfer rates bite, on our local cable
network. For some reason I only get about 25-30k per second.

The Cable Provider has subcontractor the networking to a local ISP, who
has all the DialUp accounts rigged into the same network. This drags
down the cable access big time.

Any hints on how to get the ISP to speed things up, I think they have a
256K Pipe?

Regards,\
Sean
